FINE Masala mill is the most versatile machine for fine spice grinding with almost dust free operation. It is very economical, compact unit to easily meet the processing capacity range of 250 Kg / Day.

Spice by its nature has to be ground in two stages. Initially coarse grinding is done with a screen size of 2 -2.5 mm. Subsequently the screen needs to be changed to a finer grade of 1 to 1-5 mm for fine grinding. It is driven with a 10 H.P. 3-Phase motor and machine has Easy & trouble free operation.

Lithotech ribbon blender comprises of U-shaped container, transmission parts and ribbon agitating blades which usually have double or triple layers with outside screw gathering the material from sides to center and inside screw transmitting the material from center to sides to form convection mix.

Ribbon Blender has a good result in the mix of viscosity or cohesion powder and of putting liquid and mash material into the powder. The cylinder cover can be fully open so as to clean and change the device.

A mechanical device known as a Rotary Airlock Valve controls the flow of materials between two or more interconnected systems while upholding an airlock seal. A rotating rotor with vanes or blades inside the valve's cylindrical housing sweeps material through the valve as it rotates. Our provided valve is very easy to install and simple to operate.
